1. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Our Guarantee and Free Returns:
* We want you to love your handmade leather bag. We offer **10 days of free returns and exchanges** from the delivery date for all eligible items.
Eligibility for Return:
* Items must be returned within **10 days of delivery**.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
* Items must be in the original packaging, where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items:
* **Custom or Personalized Items:** Due to the bespoke nature of these products, any items that have been customized, personalized (e.g., with initials or special features), or made-to-order outside of our standard catalog are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Gift cards.
* Items marked as "Final Sale."
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@lanelawleather.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
2. If eligible, we will provide you with instructions and a **pre-paid shipping label** for the free return/exchange, along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Packages must be mailed back using the provided label.
Refunds (if applicable):
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days. The full product price will be refunded. Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
